Workout Program Builder
Build twelve-week training programs faster than a spreadsheet
Overview
A speed-focused builder for twelve-week workout programs, designed to be faster and more intuitive than the spreadsheets it replaces. Exercises are dragged into place, and an analytics panel updates as you build.
Key features
- Real-time program analytics
- Volume, intensity, and muscle-group distribution update as you edit, so the effect of a change is visible immediately.
- Drag-and-drop programming
- Reorder exercises within a day directly, without dialogs or forms in the way.
- Week-by-week navigation
- Move through a full twelve-week block and edit any week in place.
- Shareable programs
- Public links can be issued as view-only or editable, so a program can be handed to a client or a training partner.
- Import and export
- Full program data portability, so nothing is trapped in the app.
- AI-generated programs
- Generate a starting program from your goals, training days, and focus, then edit it like any other.
- Muscle overlap warnings
- The planner flags when a day leans on muscles already worked as secondaries earlier in the week, so accidental overlap surfaces while you build rather than in the gym.
- Volume landmarks per muscle group
- Weekly set counts are tracked against minimum, ideal, and maximum targets for each muscle group, so under- and over-training are visible at a glance.

Week overview: See a whole training week at once instead of scrolling a spreadsheet. Every session shows what it works and how long it will take, and rest days are dragged around to reshape the week.
Editing a session: Build the session itself: search the library to add a movement, drag a row to reorder it, and edit sets, reps and rest in place. No dialog opens between you and the change you came to make.
Volume and overlap analytics: Catch the mistakes while you can still fix them. The panel flags a day leaning on muscles the day before already worked, and tracks each muscle group's weekly sets against its minimum, ideal and maximum, so under- and over-training show up here rather than in the gym.
Sharing a program: Hand a program to a client or a training partner and decide what they can do with it. The read-only link and the editable link are separate, so sharing a program is not the same as giving away control of it.
On a phone at the rack: The same builder on the device it actually gets read on. Swipe across the week to find the session, then open the day and the sets, reps and rest are laid out large enough to follow between sets.
